Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Track Ride GPS Tracking Solutions L.L.C (“Track Ride GPS”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our vehicle tracking, telematics, or fleet management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users across the UAE and GCC region.

1. Scope of Services

Track Ride GPS provides intelligent tracking and fleet management solutions including but not limited to:

  • Bike Tracking Solutions

  • School Bus Tracking System

  • CAN Bus & OBD Solutions

  • Construction Equipment Tracking

  • Dashcam Monitoring Solutions

  • Driver Identification (RFID / iButton)

  • Fuel Monitoring Systems

  • Logistics Tracking Solutions

  • Marine Tracking

  • Temperature Monitoring

  • SecurePath & SecurePath Premium

  • ITC Abu Dhabi Compliance Solutions

  • Desert Safari Tracking Solutions

Our services are powered by advanced telematics hardware, cloud-based software, and real-time data analytics.

2. Service Usage

  • By activating our tracking services, you agree to follow all UAE laws and regulations.

  • Devices must be installed only by Track Ride GPS authorized technicians.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicles and assets are used legally and ethically.

  • Tracking data may not be used for illegal surveillance or any activity that violates privacy laws.

3. Device Installation & Hardware

  • All devices are tested for quality before installation.

  • Hardware must not be tampered with, altered, or removed without authorization.

  • Unauthorized handling may void warranty and service eligibility.

4. Payment & Billing

  • Subscription fees must be paid in advance.

  • Non-payment may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of service.

  • Installation charges, renewal fees, device costs, and optional add-on services are non-refundable.

  • Any government approvals (RTA, SecurePath, ITC) may involve additional fees as per regulatory guidelines.

5. Warranty Policy

  • Hardware includes a warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Physical or accidental damage

    • Water damage

    • Electrical misuse

    • Tampering, unauthorized removal, or modifications

  • Warranty does not cover service downtime caused by external network or satellite issues.

6. Data Accuracy & Connectivity

  • GPS performance depends on satellite connectivity, network strength, and environmental conditions.

  • Temporary delays or accuracy variations may occur.

  • We do not guarantee real-time accuracy at 100% uptime.

7. Regulatory Compliance

Certain services require approvals or integrations with authorities, including:

  • SecurePath & SecurePath Premium (Dubai)

  • ITC Abu Dhabi Compliance

  • RTA and Transport Regulatory Requirements

You are responsible for maintaining valid regulatory documentation and ensuring ongoing compliance.

8. User Responsibilities

  • You must ensure your login credentials and system access remain secure.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (vehicle details, fleet data, etc.).

  • You must use the platform ethically and avoid misuse of tracking information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Track Ride GPS is not responsible for:

  • Losses caused by misuse of devices or data

  • Connectivity or satellite outages

  • Third-party network failures

  • Incorrect installation by unauthorized technicians

  • Misinterpretation of tracking data

  • Accidents, fines, or violations involving your vehicle or drivers

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months.

10. Service Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate service if:

  • Subscription fees are unpaid

  • Devices are misused, tampered with, or illegally installed

  • Services are used for unlawful purposes

  • You violate any clause of these Terms

You may request cancellation by contacting our support team.

11. Privacy & Data Handling

  • We collect only the data needed to provide tracking, analytics, and fleet management services.

  • Data may be shared with UAE authorities when legally required (e.g., SecurePath, ITC).

  • We do not sell user data to third parties.

  • By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described here.

12. Intellectual Property

All software, apps, dashboards, reports, and system designs belong to Track Ride GPS and may not be copied, resold, or reverse-engineered.

13. Changes to Terms

Track Ride GPS may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
